What
is your Returns Policy?
(Purchasing Instore)
Cash refunds will be given on the return of FAULTY Items only, if the
item is not faulty or deemed not faulty by a member of management a
credit note will be issued to the value of the item being returned.
If the item is not faulty then the customer may take a replacement item
up to the value of the item being exchanged. If the new item exceeds
the value of the returned item, the difference must be paid. This exchange
will only apply if the returned item is in good condition. There is
no refund or exchange on items that you break. Your statutory rights
are not affected.

In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations 2000 (as amended),
The consumer has the right to cancel within seven working days for most
goods and services bought over the Internet. This cancellation period
runs for 7 days, counting from the day after delivery.
If you wish to cancel an order, you must notify us within 7 days after
delievery. E-mail or call us.
After notifying us, you must immediately return the goods to us at your
own cost.
Returning goods must be in a new condition and complete with packaging
.
Once we have received your returned order, we will give you a refund
for the cost of the goods. (No refunds for the postage costs).
What are the options and charges for P&P
We
dispatch our goods using Royal Mail's Recorded Delivery Service.

How
can I pay for my order?
We accept most
major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Solo and Switch.
Your card will not be charged until your order has been dispatched.
Should an item be out-of-stock, we will contact you by e-mail or phone
to discuss any alternatives.
How
much does a product cost in my currency?
All the prices
on the Festival of Fun are
in pounds Sterling. When you pay by credit card, the amount will be
converted into your own currency by your bank. You can get an approximate
idea of the actual cost in your currency by using this online
currency calculator. Exchange rates are dependant on your bank.
Contact your bank for the exact rate of exchange.
Will
my credit card details be secure?
Your payment and order details are normally sent to us across a secure
connection that uses a 128 bit certificate. This means that the information
is encrypted and cannot be read by anyone other than ourselves. You
can see that the pages are secure because the address in the address
bar changes from being http:// to https://. You will also see a padlock
symbol or key in the bottom bar of your browser.
I
do not want to leave my credit card details online. What should I do?
There is no need to leave your details online. You must leave a contact
number to enable us to contact you for your payment details. You may
also contact us with your details over email, fax or by telephone. Contacting
us in advance, may mean that you receive your order sooner. It is important
to mention your reference number with all correspondence. As an alternative
to credit card, you may pay by UK Postal Order, UK Cheque, Sterling
I do not have a credit
card, is there another way that I can purchase from Festival of Fun?
Beside Visa and MasterCard credit cards, we also accept Switch, Maestro
and Solo. Aside from card payments, we will also accept the following
methods of payment:
UK Postal Orders, UK Cheques and Sterling.
How
long will my order take to be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch our orders as soon as possible. As not all the items
ordered may be in stock, orders may take up to 28 working days to be
dispatched. Delivery times will be dependant upon the destination. All
our packages are dispatched using Royal Mail Service.
Handling
Time:
Goods will only be dispatched once payment has cleared through our bank,
Cheques can take a mininum of 5 Working Days!
So please be aware that your order may not reach you for 7 Working
Days (Mininum).
Orders
and payments submitted on-line will be dispatched as soon as possible,
usually within 1-2 working days, but please allow upto 5 working days
in extreme cases.
You will receive an e-mail stating that your order has been dispatched.
Delivery is usually within1-5 Workng Days after despachment.
Please ensure that you provide correct contact details, (Phone Number
& E-mail) in case we need to contact you regarding processing your
order.
How long is delivery
expected to take?
Once you have received an email stating that your order has been dispatched,
delivery times will be approximately as follows:-
To the UK - 1 to 5 Working Days
To Europe - 5 to 11 Working Days
To USA - 5 to 14 Working Days
To the rest of the world, it may vary from 3 to 21 days.

I
want my order immediately, how can I make sure that I get it quickly?
Although we aim to dispatch as soon as possible, there are a few measures
you can take to ensure that you recieve your order quickly:
Do not select itmes that display Currently
Out of Stock beside the item title.
Provide correct contact details.
The Billing Address that you submitt,
must be the same as the address where your payment card is
registered to.
Do
you have all the items on the site in stock?
We have a wide selection of items in stock, however we do not always
have everything as we have a wide turnover of stock. We are usually
able to obtain the stock immediately from our suppliers. We will contact
you if we are unable to obtain the item of your choice and offer you
an alternative.
Although, We regularly update our Magic
Website to show which items are out of stock. Items that are out
of stock will display Currently Out of Stock
beside the item title.
I
am unhappy with my order. What should I do?
If you are unhappy with your order, please email
us and we will do our best to rectify the situation.
I am really happy with
my order. What should I do?
We hope you are always satisfied with your purchases from us. If you
are happy with our services, tell others. If not, please let us know.

If you have searched our site and have still not found what you were
after, please email us with your requirement and we will try to obtain
the item you are after.
Do
you have any catalogues?
We do have a Magic Catalogue. Everything in the catalogue is also on
our Magic website.
Our website has the advantage of displaying new items, as and when they
arrive in stock. Whereas catalogues take longer to update and produce.
If you would like a Magic Catalogue, Please email
us with your address.
For the rest of our stock, we do not have a catalogue, as we have a
wide variety of products. If you have not found the item you looking
for, we will try to locate one for your. Please email
us or call us with your requirements.
I
would like to make a bulk order, can I obtain a discount?
Depending on the size of your order, we may be able to offer you a discount.

Why
was my order cancelled?
We do not cancel orders without a good reason. Your reason will have
been stated on the cancellation email. We may have cancelled the order
because we may not have enough information to contact you or your payment
is outstanding. If we have been unable to process payment within 28
working days, we may also cancel your order. However, canceling orders
is an extreme situation. If you feel that your order has been cancelled
in error, please contact us and we will rectify the situation. If you
are still interested in the order after it has been cancelled, please
contact us and we will try to solve the matter.
